Hello everyone. It's day two of my challenges and ideas for my blog in 2016. Tonight is an idea of themed days. I'm thinking of doing two or three themed days a week, so each week will feature different themed days than the following week. The themed days I have come up with are: Movie Mondays, Teen Tuesdays, Wicked Wednesdays, True Thursdays, Fiction Fridays, Sexy Saturdays, and Scholarly Sundays. For those of you who are wondering what kind of content these posts will contain, I will explain with some brief descriptions for each day.
Movie Mondays: Mondays, as you can probably tell, will deal with things that have to do with movies. There will be spotlights on movies that may be coming out soon, or in the near future (no more than a year ahead). I may also included books on these days, but they will only be book-to-movie adaptations. It will be a way for some of you and myself to relate books and movies. I know sometimes that I am shocked to learn that some movies are based on books. No wonder some movies be oh so good!
Teen Tuesdays: Tuesdays will be all about teens and young adults. Some posts may focus on teen and young adult books, while others may focus on things that pertain to teens. Some examples would be teen fashion, movies, games, music and events.
Wicked Wednesdays: Wednesdays will be devoted to everything wicked, from scary movies and horror books to wicked people in our history and present. Anything evil can be brought to the light on this day.
True Thursdays: Thursdays will focus on things that are valid and true. It will contain current events. It will also contain nonfiction books and books that are based on true events (even though they may be a little fictional).
Fiction Fridays: Fridays, as you may have guessed, will deal with things that are make-believe in its own way. There will be reviews on fiction novels. I will discuss myths that we may all believe are true, but may not be as true as we believed them to be. There may be posts dealing with fictional people, witches, zombies, or even vampires. It will be a day will the truth is twisted just a little (or maybe even a lot) to entertain us all.
Sexy Saturdays: Saturdays will probably not be what you were expecting it to be for all the minds that ended up in the gutter. This day will focus on things that we consider sexy. That could be from romance and erotica novels to the hottest celebrities and trends.
Scholarly Sundays: Sundays, being a day of relaxation and the day before some of us have to resume classes, will focus on learning a thing or two. This site may also feature some learning apps and websites.
I hope you guys will enjoy these themed days as they will start the week of January 4th.
